The VAUDE PERFORMANCE 7 M is a 3 season sleeping pad that meets the needs of the trekker or mountaineer who is always on the lookout for light and sturdy gear.

It takes up very little space in your pack, yet offers extra sleeping comfort with 7 cm thick H-shaped compartments and remarkable insulation in Primaloft Black Insulation with athermal resistance ofR2.5.

You can inflate it by mouth or by using a compression bag which will have the advantage of not letting moisture in. Using the Vaude flat valve is extremely easy.
